HTTP 403. Version quarantined

What it means

The security scan or a moderator blocked this version, so its files, install descriptor and archive are not served.

What to do

Pick another version. The owner of the item (and administrators) can still read it, rescan it or appeal on the web app.

Retrying

Do not retry the same request. Change it first.
